It seems to me that simple, common sense views and solutions to issues are so easily over looked in today’s world. If it doesn’t have a snappy name like Kaizen or Sigma or bells and whistles people seem to ignore it, but alas a rose by any other name… Cranston Holden brings back the common sense way to look at dealing with people and becoming a better manager and want to share this with my readers. Sometimes when you are good to other people it goes unnoticed. Sometimes all the extra care and kindness you show is not appreciated and people will use it against you if it benefits them at the present moment. Does this mean you shouldn’t show kindness? Does this mean that you should only show kindness to those who appreciate or deserve it?
